Deco very confusing and old fashion. Room spacious but very old, carpet very smelly with stains. Bathroom with sink leaking and water all over the floor, bath terribly old which I didn't want to put my feet in. Opened a cupboard in the bedroom and found food left over from previous guest, which means, cleaners have not checked properly.
Ate at the restaurant which is in between entrance/reception area so it doesn't feel like a "restaurant". We had a pizza, however, we were served with a more child like size pizza. Why do they charge the full price £8.99 for a margherita and then they give you a small one??? Very unhappy, but the pizza was good, at least!
As I left my car parked there, I had troubles for pick up on my way back. It took them 20 min before someone answered the phone. It was the manager speaking, he was not bothered about my frustration of having had to waste 20 min before booking the shuttle to pick as up. I really don't know how this place managed to achieve 4☆☆☆☆ as the lack of details, dirtyness, horrible customer service and smelly carpets everywhere in the building, made our stay very unpleasant.

The hotel was clean, the room was great, plenty of hot water and though I didn't eat there food was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly consider staying there again and can recommend it. I drove. I think a transport to the airport service might be available.
